Anna Stackpool
Anna Graduated from Cumberland College of Health Sciences in 1985 and has since worked overseas and in Australia predominantly in private practice. Most recently she has worked in Occupational Rehabilitation where she has studied applied ergonomics for injury management in the workforce.
Her experience in rehabilitating patients particularly with chronic back problems returning to work has given her the impetus to pursue more efficient injury recovery and prevention regimes. Whilst initial treatment for an acute injury can be immediately beneficial, she believes that Clinical Pilates is an excellent method to reduce re-injury rates by relearning and then maintaining core strength. It gives participants the knowledge and methods to be in control of their conditions and to better understand their physical limitations.
Anna has 4 children and enjoys the beach, swimming and holidays!
