The studio is situated above Brooke Withers Swim School on the western side of Green Street. It is opposite Green St Grocers and Garden Barn Nursery. Enter via the swim school on the ground floor, and then follow the stairs to the upper level. The door to the studio is immediately on the left at the top of the stairs. Parking is available in front of the building or in the surrounding streets. Alternatively parking is available at Warringah Mall, free for the first 3 hours. (The closest parking area is the outdoor area opposite Aldi)

If you are unable to attend a class please call to cancel ASAP, as someone else may benefit from your cancellation, and also allow you to reschedule your class for that week. 
Note: A limit of 2 classes per term is able to be rescheduled, (unless there are extreme circumstances).

What to Bring 
All equipment, including mats, is provided. 
The room is fully air conditioned; however you may like to bring a bottle of water and your own towel. 
Bathroom and kitchen facilities are available.
