Heidi graduated as a physiotherapist from Cumberland College of Health Sciences, University of Sydney in 1997. Since then she has worked in the public and private setting with a particular focus on chronic pain management at both the Pain Management and Research Centre at Royal North Shore hospital and as Senior Physiotherapist at the Pain Clinic at RPA.

Heidi’s experience in chronic pain management developed her understanding of the important role of exercise and active management in dealing with chronic pain and illness generally.

Being aware of how we hold and move ourselves helps us understand and manage the demands we put on our bodies and the effects that work, sport, child bearing and rearing and life have on us. Pilates not only builds awareness of our movement but how to control and strengthen it. Christina completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University, Queensland in 2010, where she was involved in evidence based research for individuals with a spinal cord injury at the Royal North Shore Hospital. She is currently practising at Vitality Health Services a private and mobile practice located in Naremburn. Roisin graduated from the university of Limerick, Ireland with an Hons degree in Sport & Exercise Science in 2006 and completed a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2009. Upon finishing her studies, Roisin worked for a short period in the outpatient and orthopaedic departments of St. Vincent's hospital before taking on a private practice position at Kensington Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic.
