One-on- one consultation and introduction (1hour) is $150
The one on one consultation is required for all new starters to the PPS program, for further information please see WHY US
The initial consultation includes assessment, education, a home exercise programme specifically designed for you, and a PPS towel for use in class.
10 week Programme (10 X 1hour sessions) is $430
Note: Fees for reports and other communications are included in the above costs.
If you are unable to attend a class please call to cancel ASAP, as someone else may benefit from your cancellation, and also allow you to reschedule your class for that week. Note: A limit of 2 classes per term is able to be rescheduled, (unless there are extreme circumstances or prior arrangements have been made).
